I used the "Reset cPanel/WHM Certificate" feature in WHM to reset cPanel's Certificate. Now whenever a user that had previously accessed cPanel/WHM using the old cert tries accessing it using the new one, they get the following error:

They don't get the error if they use IE, only Mozilla or another browser based upon it (Netscape, Firebird, Camino, etc.). I've personally tried it out in cPanel and WHM 7 & 8 on Mozilla 1.4 & 1.5. Is there any way to have WHM create a cert with a different issuer name and serial number? If so, how do I go about this? I really hate accessing WHM without SSL.

    Thanks a bunch!

I found I had to go into the "manage certificates" section of preferences and delete the old certificate which is under "authorities" "unknown" tab in N7. Support Ticket Number:
