    Hi,

We have a customer on our server who use exchange in there office, I have edited the MX records to reflect this and they get email from everyone but us. Our web site is on the same server. I presume the server is trying to deliver the mails locally? I have "Remote Mail Exchanger" selected in the DNS zone settings.

    Am I missing anything else?

    Thanks,

    Steve.

Synchronising the DNS records has seemed to fix it.

    Hello :)

I am marking this as resolved, per your last response. Selecting ""Remote Mail Exchanger"" under the "Email Routing" in "WHM » DNS Functions » Edit DNS Zone" is the primary method to resolve this type of issue for others that may be experiencing a similar problem.

    Thank you.
