Resolver Configuration Help

I am attempting to set up ns1.domain.com.au ns2.domain.com.au on my new box.

What do i put in the fields for Resolver Configuration? I use my server as the primary DNS it is not clear to me at the moment. Should the loopback address be used, should named be running?

Any help would be great.
