    Hi,

I have a quick question. When resolver.conf file get called, from my understanding it uses
to find out namservers in the domain name space. Does it get called when traffics come to server? Thanks in advance.

I presume you're taling about /etc/resol.conf? That's simply used to identify the DNS resolvers for the OS to use to resolve domain names to IPs whenever it neads to.

So, it uses to find out the nameserver or necessary information to send packet outside? So it doesn't get called when packet comes to to server?

It's nothing to do with packets or the direction they're sent in. It's simply and soley for the OS and apps to identify a server to translate DNS names to IP addresses.
