I think I have tracked down the beginning of my resource troubles to when I updated to 10.0.0-RELEASE_161 a couple of weeks ago. Generally, Exim/Spamd began grabbing more and more resources when up to that time the system ran very low and stable. I've curbed some of it by tweaking mainly spamd and a few other things I could find, but it's still not the same. Apache/SSH/Cpanel all fail serveral times each morning right after upcp runs. Again, this server ran low and stable before but I can't pin down any changes in email volume or other usage. At this point I am just wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone else and if so, perhaps we could work on it.

Also, is there a reasonably safe way to downgrade to the previous RELEASE version? This has really been a pain! Thanks.

Note: ruled out intrusions, rootkits, etc as much as can be.
