Hi. I have a question, which I'm sure has been asked before but I cant find any threads about it.
I have a reseller with 5gb space and 160gb bandwidth. When I created his account, I gave him that stuff (5gb space, 160gb bandwidth),and when creating his reseller privs i added those same things.

does this mean that his personal account will have 5gb/160gb and then he can also resell 5gb/160gb?
Or does it mean that him+his customers can only use his 5gb/160gb?

root is the owner of his account.

    Thanks.

If root is the owner of the account then yes, the user has 2 accounts with the same limits. Change the ownership of the account to himself and the data limits will conform to those given to him via the reseller center.

so if hes currently using the Reseller-Unmetered05 plan, then he should create a new plan to fit himself, and change his plan to that... right?

But then how can I track how much CPU space has been sold?

What do other hosts do? Some feedback? Thanks so much.

for that.. to be accurate.. to find out the CPU usage of a client .. you would need to setup a VPS as Virtuzzo

I asked how I find out how much cpu space has been sold... ie hd space and bandwidth... not ram and speed (mhz)

I'm not sure about this, I have a reseller who owns his own account and when he is logged in cpanel he sees 1800 MB available.

While creating a new account in WHM it gives 1537 MB available.

Should I just let the reseller change account limits? ie modify accounts? will he ever be able to give himself MORE DISK SPACE then he should have?
    Thanks.

As I understand he wouldn't be able to use more diskspace as assigned by you in the reseller center under resource usage limits.
