Restart the listed service using “systemctl restart”; then click “Scan Again” to check non-service processes.
Reboot the server.

--> It appears that you have an update pending for the Apache, which is being pushed through repos, but not yet installed.. The advisory is asking you to update it and restart the httpd server..

--> Systemclt is a system manager init service to manage the services... It is a CLI, so only via ssh or shell it can be executed..

- where is click “Scan Again”? is it in WHM?
--> The scan again section will be seen in the Security Advisor section of WHM..
