What is the command for restarting WHM?

Also when I login to CPanel 6, the login box still displays "CPanel 5.3" Is this a bug? or would a WHM reboot fix it? Inside WHM it says 6.0

you need restart WHM,

/etc/init.d/cpanel3 restart
