I got apach fail mails from cpanel on every restarting, and
apach's status is red,but in fact, it is working and fine,
    having no problems.

10 minutes later, apach's status turns green.
In fact it is still working.

    Any idea?

I think that maybe Cpanel is a little stupid.Or why
it is working, but it still red until 10minutes later?

I don't think it's Cpanel I am pretty sure it's apache that is the problem. Apache doesn't set it self up to auto start when you restart the server.

I know of a script you can use to auto-start apache when you restart your server. I have to find it though.

    So that's strange.
Apache is fine and working, why Cpanel send me apach fail mail?
I should wait 10 minutes, and cpanel appear that Apache is fine.

I think that he script that checks for failed services only runs every 5 or 10 minutes. That is why apache may appear to be failed for the first few minutes after a reboot..
