Restarting Apache Web Server error

when i try to restart my apache server i got follow error
Unable to open log file “/etc/apache2/logs/error_log” - No such file or directory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/HttpUtils/ApRestart.pm line 294.
how to fix i have centos 7.0 linux dedicated server

Can you confirm if the symbolic link for the /etc/apache2/logs path points to the /var/log/apache2/ directory on this system? You can check with the following command:

ls -al /etc/apache2/logs

I have run this code :

ls -al /etc/apache2/logs

I have got this message :
# ls -al /etc/apache2/logs/
ls: cannot access /etc/apache2/logs: No such file or directory

@fxcjahid Is Apache currently not starting for you? Are you getting a specific error message? Can you provide the output of the following command while scrubbing any sensitive information?

ls -lah /etc/apache2
