Restarting Exim Mail Server failed

    Main >> Restart Services >> Mail Server (Exim)

    Restarting Exim Mail Server
    Waiting for exim to restart..............finished.


    PHP:
    exim: [451 != 220]
    exim has failedplease contact the sysadmin.
    after restarting exim mail server i got above error

    how to resolve this issue.

    Try the following steps.

    1.Check your exim main log file for exact error.

    tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Code:
     Did, but didn't find any error
    Also check if the size of exim_mainlog is too big.

    2. Flush the iptables and try to restart exim.
