Restarting Services

    I have a premium account and want to restart certain services on my cpanel. However, I don't see any feature as such. Please help

    Root Administrator
    Hello,

    You won't be able to restart services from cPanel. You need WHM root access to restart services.

    Root Administrator
    Hello,

    Login to WHM >> Click the option Restart Services >> Click the service you wants to restart and follow the instructions.

    Thanks but I don't find whm on my cpanel

    Yes, now I see the whm. But it doesn't let me in using my username and password. Only the hosting Company is allowed to access is it?

    Hello,

    If you are in a shared server and if your user name is not root, you need to contact your hosting provider.
