When using this function the account restored seems to have doubled its size due to all data having been copied twice in the home/accountname directory. We get first the /public_html/ containing all static files and additional /homedir containing the entire old account.

In the new account directry, there are these surplus dirs

    /cp
    /cron
    /fp
    /homedir
    /logs
    /mm
    /mma
    /mysql
    /resellerconfigs
    /sslcerts
    /sslkeys
    /va
    /vf

Trying to remove them and leave only the standard dirs makes the domain unaccesible. Leaving them doubles the used space of the accounts and their owners are not very happy about this. The cpbackup of the new directories is three times bigger than the old one because of the unnecessarily doubled and even tripled information.

How would you solve this situation and restore the account directory to its normal format?

    Thank you

During extracting the cpanel account wasn't found and the archive weren't transfered. So, I've got the same problem.

    Who can help me?

    Thx
