When You google "A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive."
You will find alot of pages regarding this.

It seems that this error is happening repeatedly for me when i go to cpanel / Download a Home Directory Backup
and then restore this backup on other server using cPanel / Backup / "Restore a Home Directory Backup"

This remote server has default home directory as /home1/username/... source server has /home/username/...

Isn't that a bug that file structure is incompatible somehow?

I see that error when i try to restore mysql, then client reports this error when he try to access cpanel. I am not interested to provide server access.

    Hello,

Could you let us know what is output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you encounter this error message?

    Thank you.
