To clarify you transferred them all to /backup/2020-06-01/accounts/ on the new server? If so you can restore them by going to WHM>>Transfers>>Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account

Restore from a local cpmove file.Select this option if the cpmove file already exists on the server in one of the predefined locations.

The predefined locations are as follows from the documentation:
https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/transfers/transfer-or-restore-a-cpanel-account/ said:
The file must also reside in one of the following directories:

  • /home
  • /home2
  • /home3
  • /root
  • /usr
  • /usr/home
  • /web
This does one account at a time though as the only way to automatically restore all accounts right now is to do so using the transfer tool. You could potentially use the WHMAPI1 to create a script that does this for all of the accounts with the API functions here: https://documentation.cpanel.net/di...Restoration?desktop=true&macroName=livesearch
