restore back up

    What kind of files you need to backup.

    here is the thing....i have a gaming website and i am administator of it i log in and do all my stuff with to the website. there is a file in there that is not in ftp or cpanel...do u by any chance know how to delete that file or know how to restore it to how it was like 5 days ago?
