restore backup need help

I have restore my account from whm for weekly today, but without conscious i have lose my file in forum and posting.

Can i restore backup for yesterday, please help me !
i dont know how to backup for yesterday!!

Do you have backups enabled on your server? Check your backup directory for the daily/weekly/monthly backups.

i have check in /backup/cpbackup where i save the backup, but when i restore backup daily/weekly/monthly, the database is from 2 months later.
It makes some my website database lose, and comeback to 2 months.

ARhggghhh, anyone can help?
i need this can be repaired.

check /backup/cpbackup/daily
ls username
if it is there go to whm
restore backup file
daily
click on user
should be yesterdays backup

you can also ls -la user in the backup directory of shell and it will give a date
