pkgacct backs up a single account into a .tar.gz file.

cpbackup will back up the entire server.

Is this a full server backup or an account backup?

    Hello,

/scripts/cpbackup will create the entire account backup while /scripts/pkgacct <username> will create the backup of the username specified in .tar.gz format. You can restore an account using /scripts/restorepkg <username> or you can do it via whm Main >> Backup >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file

    Hope this helps.
