restore cpbackup from terminal

    Hello !
    how can i restore daily/weekly/monthly uncompressed backup from command line

    If this doesn't work, you will have to restore the files/directories manually.

    if the account already exists on the server you would need to run

    Code:
    /scripts/restorepkg --force username
    but it is better to delete the account first and then restore the backup.

    Code:
    /scripts/killacct username
    /scripts/restorepkg username
    also place the backup in the /home directory before you restore.

    If the backups that you are taking are incremental you will first need to tar the file.

    Code:
    cd /backup/cpbackup/daily
    tar -zcvf username.tar.gz username/
    mv username.tar.gz /home
