Restore Ensim Backup Times Out

Hi

I'm trying to restore a large account (around 7 Gbs) from an Ensim server. Both servers are hosted at rackshack (100 mbit/s network) so speed wouldn't be a problem.

Does anyone have any clues on what's causing this?
