I used the restore from backup feature in the whm for all my sites. It looks as though it copied over all the information. However when the users login to their email account with horde they have lost all their folders. When I login to the sites via ftp I notice their is quite a bit of information in their respected mail folders.
When restoring the sites did they loose some type of connection to their folders? How can I fix this? Is it a common issue and has a somewhat step by step instructions for me to either do myself or have the individual users do them selves?
