    Hi there,
I have 2 reseller accounts one I am moving from and another I am moving to
the old one is running 11.23.4-C26138
the new one is running 11.23.4 -R26138

I dont have access to the express transfer so I am doing full back ups the individual sites in cpanel, downloading them and then uploading them to the new server.
    1. when I run the restore how ever it just makes a folder w/ a full *nix file system in it w/ the backed up files. How do I avoid this?
    2. Also is there a way that I can use the backup and save to remote server to transfer the backup tar to the new server and run the backup files from there, instead of having to upload them from my local machine?
I have and know how to use shell access for the user accounts on both machines but I don't have root for either.
