I clicked on "Initial Quota Setup" and "Proceed" by mistake, how to put everything in good condition please?

I would not expect it to be a bug with the "List Accounts" option, as quotas are dependent on your OS/FileSystem and not handled by cPanel. Check to see if this thread is helpful:
