How would you do that via SSH? Any script that allows me to restore thousands of accounts at once other than going into whm and getting a security token error all the time while restoring multiple backups?

Problem is that I am not restoring backups from a different cpanel machine. I am restoring it from a server with no panel. The backups are rsynced.

What do you mean by legacy? If the backups were done on a server with no control panel, they aren't legacy backups, they're just plain old backups aren't they?

    More Info needed I think.

Legacy Restore Multiple Backups in Root WHM. The backups were created by cpremote via rsync. They appear in /backups/cpbackup/ -- cPremote : cPanel/WHM remote rsync backup plugin -- They aren't tar files or zip files. They are just directories with the data in them including mysql data.

    Hello :)

It depends how your custom application backed up the data. You can restore the accounts through Web Host Manager if the directories were generated as incremental backups using the cPanel backup system. In such a case, you must first enable incremental backups via:

"WHM Home » Backup » Legacy Backup Configuration"

You could then restore the accounts via:

"WHM Home » Backup » Legacy Restore Multiple Backups"

    Thank you.
