restore my backup

    Hi
    now i delete ever thing and started from began, I download my backup // 6/9/2013 // files before do that, and now when i want to restore my database and all my posts.
    here is two backups i take it and it's different types, and i don't know how to use it to retain back my database and all my topics !
    first one:
    /http://im38.gulfup.com/NJlnk.png
    /http://im42.gulfup.com/v9y7i.jpg
    and the second one:
    /http://im42.gulfup.com/xhdxJ.jpg


    Please help me with this

    I can see that you are having complete cPanel backup with you. In that case you can directly use /scripts/restorepkg script to restore your sites databases mails and other files.
