Restore Shared Address Book

I have inadvertantly deleted the Shared Address Book from the default user email account via horde. Though I did not see any contacts in it when I thought I was looking at it... apparently it did and must not have been actually looking at that address books content.. user error (me) most likely.
I have little info on where the file(s) are located on the server or in the site's home directory (if relevant) so, I need some info on where to find and restore or any other pointers in the right direction. The addy boom actually has a ton of contact I really need back, big time.
