I've had a server get hit by a php injection exploit. The script managed to hit all of the index.html files, replacing them with hacker pages.

We quickly got all of the user pages restored from backups, but everything in /usr was also hit, including squirrelmail.

How can I re-install the squirrelmail files back to cpanel standard?
