restorepkg whostmgr5 warnings issue

Hi guys,

I'm moving accounts from one server to another using pkgacct and restorepkg and things seem to install ok but I get this warning error message:

warn [whostmgr5] program is not executable

I'm wondering if it's something I should be concerned about?

In the cpanel error_log I get this:

During the restore I also get some quota errors if that is related:

quota: Cannot stat() mounted device /dev/simfs: No such file or directory
