Restoring a Database backup while using all of the number of databases allowed

My Hosting provider allows me 5 MySql DBs on my Hosting Account. Till last week, I had used 4 of these. My backups & restores of the DBs from the CPanel went smoothly. This week, I added the final 5th DB allowed in my account.

Today, I was trying to restore one of the DBs from the CPanel. I got this message:
"
Restoring Database
Sorry you have exceeded the maximum maximum allowed databases".

After that, I got those Sql statements that are executed for restoring the database.

Now, I have 2 questions here:
1) I have NOT exceeded the maximum number of databases. I am allowed 5, and I have 5 of them. I am just trying to restore one of them without adding a new one. So, why I am getting this message.

2) Even after getting this message, the database was restored successfully. I deleted all tables in the DB, and restored the backup. I got this message, but still the tables and the data was restored successfully.
So, can I safely ignore this message as I am NOT exceeding my limit, or does this message means there might be some problem and my database might not have been restored fully??

May I know which cPanel/WHM stable version are you using? Upgrade to latest stable version if you are using old version.

Side FYI .... It probably really shouldn't count but there is a "hidden" test database that you don't normally see listed. Consider that when you are counting your databases.

Beyond that, 5 databases is a bit on the restrictive side. I would see about getting more from your hosting provider or find a new host.

Are you attempt to restore into an empty database or a database that already has data in it?
