    Hello,

I would like to know how to restore a Plesk backup on my Cpanel or, at least, how to make a readable backup from Plesk, to upload my website by ftp if possible.

    Regards.

AFAIK, it's not possible to do so. You can only transfer sites from a Plesk server to a cPanel server using the utility within WHM. If your plesk backup is a tarball, you could expand it and copy over the website files into the cPanel accounts public_html, but that's probably about it.

If you're a web hosting client, you should ask your web hosting provider for help with this.
