Hello everyone

This is my first post btw, so there is a small website that I managed to keep online for about a year and a half under a free hosting service. Unfortunately the hosting provider shutdown the free services and I was left with two options, either pay or leave, of course I generated a full backup and I said to them goodbye.
After that I was able to find a another suitable free hosting provider that has cpanel and everything but the problem is in cpanel I can't find the "Backup Wizard" that will help me restore my website and get it online under the new hosting service. I'm really confused on how to deal with this, I contacted the support team but they replied with a link to a "might be" helpful guide (- Removed -) on how to migrate my website to thier servers, but I didn't find it very helpful and they also said to me that they only provide one-on-one support on payed accounts...
Well, I tried following the guide they said I need to upload my files using FTP to "htdocs" directory, but I don't have multiple files lol, I only have a giant fat 60gb file called "cpmove-(mywebsite).tar.gz" so how I'm I supposed to upload this backup and get my website to work like it used be? Please help me guys with this I'll be very greatful to who ever helped me solve this little problem.

With thanks

The good news, you have a cPanel backup. The bad news, it sounds like your newly chosen host doesn't use cPanel or provide a way for you to restore that backup to their server. My suggestion would be to find a new, proper, Hosting Provider that does use cPanel.

You get what you pay for with free hosting. ;)

Thanks for replying, I know I'm a noob in this but for me it looks like a cpanel am I wrong? but they said something about uploading using FTP, any ideas on how to do it?
below you'll find attachments that show how thier cpanel front page looks like and how thier backup page looks like.

That's not cPanel, it looks like a custom style trying to look like cPanel to me.

If you're choosing to use this company, you might find contacting them more helpful than asking for support here with this. You might explain that you have a full cPanel backup and want to know how to restore that backup, to their server.

Normally, you'd connect to FTP using your domain name as host and your account username and password for login.
