Restoring Backup error with PostgreSQL

I am trying to restore a weekly backup and I am getting the following error message. I do not have PostgreSQL installed. It errors out at this point and will not allow the backup to continue, I have also tried daily and monthly and get the same error message. Of course, it stops at this point and will not continue, it is doing the same thing on all accounts.
