Restoring Backup file [moved]

    Restoring Backup file

    I need to restore a backup file in my cpanel. I uploaded the tar.gz file and clicked restore but they are all in a backup folder on my ftp. How do I get them in the right folders ??

    tar -xvf xyz.tar
