restoring backup

Hello,

My client has downloaded a full backup and I uploaded it into the / directory of his site. When trying to restore full backup in WHM it doesn't show up.

if you are trying to restore the backup using WHM, the file need to be into your mounted backup drive cpbackup daily/weekly/monthly folder

When trying to restore (its in home now) I always get an error.

make sure the file is in /home
and make sure it is called cpmove-<accountname>.tar.gz

Replace <accountname> with the actual account name

Do this from the shell

/scripts/restorepkg <accoutname>

If this doesn't - what errors does it show?
