I have some cpanel backups that I need to restore onto a server. The backups were created on a server that was still running MySQL 4.0. The new server is running MySQL 4.1. Will there be any issues in restoring these backups? Anything that I should know about before hand? I really do not think there would be any issue, but just wanted to be sure.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. That does look interesting, and I will have to note that post for future reference. I didn't know a switch like that existed. However, that post seems to refer to having a mysqldump that is 4.1 and restoring it on a MySQL 4.0 system. My issue is the opposite, the mysqldump is 4.0, but the MySQL server is 4.1. I really don't think there would be any issue, since MySQL 4.1 is an upgrade from MySQL 4.0.
