    WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.10.0-R16448
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.5 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

This morning i did a full backup restore file. It did restore the SSL stuff from what i can see but was not functioning correctly. I looked in the httpd.conf file and there was no input there of ssl. Im not really sure what to do to repair this so im thinking of removing the files in /usr/share/ssl/ directory for this domain and reinstall the ssl from scratch.
