restoring deleted files?

hii my name is chris and i own vaguelayouts.net i was a complete idiot and into a rush and i accidently deleted a HUGE FILE my domain.

i did what the other thread said by going under the trash but nothing is there.. is there a way to get it again and restore it please HELP

You would need to check for the available backup of your domain by contacting your hosting provider and need to restore it.

If the first thing that comes to mind is "what backup?" then you may be in trouble! :D

Seriously though, it's quite difficult to restore deleted files in Linux and
your only real option is to restore from backup. As such, it is important
with hosting to always maintain good backups.

If you have been deleted files from your cPanel >> Filemanager then you can only restore it from .Trash folder other wise you need to contact your hosting provider and check weather they have backup for your hosting account or not?

Best of luck ...hope your hosting provider having backup for your hosting account :)
