Is it possible to restore e-mails from back-up from WHM restore back-up option and how ?

I mean, my client asked me if I can restore his e-mails from past 24 hours. He got virus on his PC so he lost all e-mails from past 24 hours.

Not from WHM that I know of. I don't think it's designed for partial restores. You'll probably need to do it manually. Mount the backup drive, (if it's unmounted, which it should be), uncompress the backup, and extract the mail files from it.
