    Hello,

I have 3 cPanel servers and I use FTP backup option to a 4th server.

One of the cPanel servers crashed and I want to restore the user backups to one of the other two servers. How do I do that?

    Let's say srv1 crashed.

I tried in srv2's WHM to enter in the backup configuration the srv1's username/pass for FTP backup, I went to restore but couldn't find the srv1's usernames to restore.

Any idea how to do this?

if I understand your answer, you are using scp to copy from teh backup of the other server to this server to then do the restore?

I don't understand what a "dns clustered restore" is.

I have tried just running restore but it must not be looking on the remote server for the list of possible accounts to restore, but only the local machine. I seem to recall seeing some way to do that, but I don't know now.
