    Hello,
I uploaded my backups to /backup/cpbackup/daily and when I try to restore that backups I get this error:

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /backup/cpbackup/daily loaded backup-1.13.2006_04-18-51_rasheed/cp/backup-1.13.2006_04-18-51_rasheed)?
    Account Restore Failed...

Did you FTP the archive or did you transfer it cross servers using scp or wget?
If FTPing, make sure the transfer type is "Binary".

As you have a Reseller account, the best way to ask your old Host to take the backup for your account using the cpanel "pkgacct" script
    ie. /scripts/pkgacct username
It will create a .tar.gz file, ask them to upload the file in your account. Download the file on your local machine. Upload it on the new server and move it in /home dir. Login to the new server as root and execute the command below to restore the account on the new server :-
    /scripts/restorepkg username
