Hello, i got the same problem. I am unable to restore my backups on WHM, i am only able to do it by shell. I have oppened a ticket to cPanel Support to get it fixed but no answer until now. I dont know when this problem started but i know it have less than 1 month.

Did you or cPanel Support Team fixed your problem ?

NOTE: My server OS is the same.

    Thanks.
