Hello,
changing in CPANEL the mailquota of some mail users has changed involuntarily also there password (webbrowser filling in random **** in the password field ???).
So some users cant login anymore.
We have backups of
/home/<USER>/etc/<DOMAIN>/shadow
so we could replace the lines of the "upgraded" users by the corresponding line in the backup op <DOMAIN>/shadow
But, I see there is also an encrypted password in files like
/home/<UNIX>/etc/<DOMAIN>/@pwcache/<USER>
Is there a script to be run so CPANEL does update these @pwcache files from the manually (of from backup restored) changed <DOMAIN>/shadow file ?
Thanks for help and best regards
