Restrict some email accounts from sending email?

Greetings, I'm new to the forum and I'm a little server
My question is this:

can I restrict certain mail accounts in my domain so that they can not send any mail and only receive emails from some accounts predefined by the administrator?

This is because I do not want to use these accounts for any type of message sending, and only I can send emails through some mailboxes

I'm excited to tell you that you can! This is a fairly new feature but if you go to cPanel>>Email>>Email Accounts -> Manage Suspension to the right of the account you want to modify you will be able to select suspend receiving or suspend outgoing as well as suspend login for any email account created within your account.
