Restricting FTP user Bandwidth

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing a problem that I've created few FTP users under a Domain but the problem is they are accessing LOTS of server Bandwidth. So, if anyone tell me that how can I restrict an FTP user to a particular limit of bandwidth usage then it will be really helpful for me.
