A client received the below e-mail as a response when he tried to send a mail from a valid POP account using Outlook. They successfully send mail from this address regularly.
The bounce message stated:
This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:
Your message was not delivered because the return address was refused.
The return address was ""
Please reply to (nothing was here) if you feel this message to be in error.
BELOW ENTRY IS FROM /var/log/exim_mainlog

WHY did the recipient server not recognize the sender's email configuration (from address or even sending server data). All appropriate places were blank. Is it a sending server problem or receiving server issue?
