I know this has been asked many times here but I cant seem to resolve this issue.
when I run tests on our domains (both shared and dedicated IPs) I get these warnings:
Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner.
Warning - Does not support TLS.
    May be an open relay.

    Exim basic settings:

    Advanced:

WHM version: WHM 54.0 (build 18)

any help will be greatly appreciated!

You may pleas set the RDNS of your IP to the hostname of your server.

    Thanks for your reply.
The IP address of the server resolves to the hostname correctly, dedicated IPs all have RDNS set up by the datacenter to reflect their respective domains. I think this is a config somewhere that I am missing because emails are being sent from their dedicated IPs but the SMTP banner is showing the server hostname.

    Hello :)

Please ensure you review the following document:

How to Configure Exim's Outgoing IP Address - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

I don't believe you can receive a "PASS" score from certain third-party utilities without changing the RDNS record to point to the server's hostname. Could you verify if the correct RDNS name is listed in an email message header, or if you are only seeing the warning messages on the third-party websites that run the test?

    Thank you.
