Ok guys I need some help with my DNS settings. Specifically my reverse DNS settings.

My server name is qualityhost1.qaulityhostinginc.com. The main IP is 69.65.29.27
I read that i need some sort of PTR record so I made this.

    69.65.29.27 14400 IN PTR mail.qualityhostininc.com.com.qualityhostinginc.com.

    My other records are this.
    Qualityhost1 1440 IN A 69.65.29.27
    mail 1440 IN CNAME qualityhostinginc.com
    mail.qulaityhostinginc.com 1400 IN A 69.65.29.27

I have read lots on how to do a reverse DNS but I am still not understanding it. I have reversed looked up my IP but nothing is thier. If you need more record entries please let me know and I will gladly provide them.

Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks

for reverse dns you have to contact the datacenter since it control your network to add entries on their rdns cashe for your hostname or domain whatever you want to use
the true rdns is not hosted on your machine

Feature Manager allows you to enable Email Authentication for cPanel as a feature list. Once you've enabled it, then it is in cPanel > Email Authentication area for each individual account.

That area allows you to add SPF and DomainKeys records. DKIM is not yet supported in cPanel 11.28 or 11.30, but should be included for support in 11.32
