Why all the people can know how many domains do I have in my server? Is this a cpanel's bug?

Try http://www.whois.sc/domain.com and you will see it!!!

Nope. It's searching the whois registry for all .com, .net., and .org sites using your nameservers. Absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Even so, I wish they did not offer that service, because it opens the door to spam.

It is also misleading, because my ip hosts other domains besides what are listed at internic. The number it gives is therefore inaccurate, so what is the point of even showing that information besides making it easy to spam our customers?

Oh well...

This is because your friend have a dedicated Ip for main domain and a shared Ip for his customers.
