I notice the following error in my apache error_log when submitting a php form:

2003-09-18 15:42:02 1A00uw-0004jd-O2 Rewrite of nobody@host.servername.com yielded unparseable address: malformed address: <> may not follow info@example.com in address info@example.com<>

Apparently when using the php mail() function there is a rule trying to rewrite the sender address from nobody to the From: address

I did NOT implement any rewrite rules in either exim or apache.

I'm running S117 (no phpsuexec) on RH 7.3
