I did a copy account from another server three times, each time it did not copy over the ssl certificate. How can I fix that?

Also, its a cpanel vps. The inodes is using 80% of 400,000 right now. This can't be normal. Anyone know how to trace the cause of high inode usage? TOP didn't give info to trace

check for core dump files, check for error logs inside the account.
